4. Failed / Pending Transactions

- If your money is debited but you did not receive confirmation, please allow 24–48 hours for Razorpay/Bank to update.
- If payment is not confirmed after 48 hours, the deducted amount will be refunded to your source account automatically.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for duplicate payments or technical errors.
• Once a digital product/service is delivered or downloaded, no refund will be provided.
• All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
