1. Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is successfully placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Since our services involve instant access/digital downloads, cancellation is not possible after order confirmation.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be provided in cases of:
  • Duplicate payments made by mistake.
  • Technical issues leading to payment failure but amount debited.
• No refunds will be issued once a digital product/service is delivered or downloaded.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay to your original payment method.

3. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please wait for 24–48 hours. In most cases, the bank/Razorpay will automatically reverse the amount to your source account. If not, please contact us with your payment ID.
